Hello, everyone! After a small period of deliberation, I've decided I will definitely be opening up some commission spots. All transactions will be made through Paypal, but payment will not be required until the finished product is approved by the customer. Once finished, I will upload the photo-manipulation with a watermark to allow the person the chance to see and approve it, then will expect payment before I upload the un-watermarked version. As far as my efficiency goes, I would love not to be nagged. I run a particularly busy life, and so there will usually be a time of 1 - 2 weeks between each manipulation. CHARACTER DESCRIPTION: In order to approach the manipulation from a knowledgeable level, I would love a basic personality of the character. This is to avoid doing manipulations contradictory to the personalities of each character.
MOOD/THEME: Here, I want a description of what you would like to see within the manipulation. Include a general mood, or an emotion you would love to see within the manipulation, and the theme you which to portray.  
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE: Alright, this is the important part. I need breed, height, build,, coat color, mane and tail color, eye color--everything. I need the best description of your character's appearance as possible, in the best detail you can provide.
REFERENCES: Please provide the links to references for color, build, markings, mutations, and anything else needed.
ADDITIONS: Please provide a detailed description - with references - for each addition. If the addition is another horse, please replicate the form above.
